Our skills assessment combines the best of 2 worlds: human intelligence with the feedback from your network and a presence of a coach (only for the GOLD and PLATINUM programs) and digital intelligence with the access to the platform AKEEN®. It includes at least 24h of support divided in 3 steps:
- A preliminary phase with a coach to:
– Analyze the demand and the needs of the beneficiary;
– Present the added value of the AKEEN® platform
– Define the modality of the skills assessment progress;
- An investigation phase with an individual coach and our AKEEN® platform to:
– Make a professional, personal and financial assessment on our platform,
– Benefit from the feedback of your network on your resume, skills, job ideas and contacts,
- A conclusion phase to:
– Anticipate your professional project by preparing a pitch and an action plan on our platform,
– Talk about the last important subject which is important for the beneficiary,

The AKEEN® platform offers a one-year-long access to a journey into 7 steps, 9 formations and a glossary/Toolbox. The journey offers the possibility to get a feedback from your colleagues or network on your resume, your skills and some job ideas. Each step offers a series of spontaneous or reflective exercices. Each step synthesis can be printed and downloaded.

AKEEN® OFFERS
There are major differences between our 3 formulas : content, duration and price/funding.
In summary:
AKEEN® SILVER provides access to the AKEEN platform and can be achieved in 3 weeks on average. The journey includes 7 steps that you can do at your own pace (5 hours on average). You can stop it and resume it whenever you want (automatic backup).
AKEEN® GOLD provides access to the AKEEN platform and an individual coach. The program last 6 or 10 weeks depending on the number of individual coaching hours desired. It includes:
- One-on-one coaching sessions by a certified AKEEN® coach, to be accompanied as closely as possible to your needs, to be listening to, and reaffirm or regain confidence in yourself and your abilities:
- GOLD 4 : 4h of individual coaching (3 sessions)
- GOLD 8 : 8h of individual coaching (5 sessions, including 1h of follow-up)
- GOLD 12 :12h of individual coaching (7 sessions, including 2h of follow-up)
- Unlimited access to our AKEEN® support platform to:
- be a player in your digital journey in 7 steps
- train at your own pace with 15 open access training courses
- access the useful resources of the toobox for your mobility
AKEEN® PLATINUM is a group coaching program that offers individual and group coaching, training workshops and access to the AKEEN platform.
After a first exchange with an AKEEN coach to ensure everyone’s commitment and understand your professional, personal and moral situation, you will attend an event per week (except school holidays):
- 4 collective coaching appointments to create the collective dynamic, pace the processand exchange on common themes such as limiting beliefs, share, help each other, and escape a risk of isolation
- 8 training workshops to work and train as a group on guided topics such as your resume and your pitch, and to be advised with lucidity and benevolence by on of our experts
- 2 individual coaching appointments that you can activate when you deem the time opportune, to be accompanied and reassert youself, regain confidence in yourself and your abilities.

AKEEN® DIGITAL PLATFORM
The Akeen career development platform offers an intuitive and structured journey in 7 steps, which you can discover in the video below.
The AKEEN support aims to guide you to find your professional project, so it is rather healthy to have doubts about your professional future by undertaking the journey on the AKEEN platform.
The AKEEN approach takes the best of both worlds: human intelligence with the feedback from your network and the individual coaching (only for the GOLD and PLATINUM formulas), and digital intelligence with the platform. The coaching sessions are therefore enhanced by the the contribution of the results from the platform. Moreover, the traditional skills balance sheets do not take into account feedback from others and a financial balance sheet. Finally, the platform enables you to have access to some trainings that you can read without any constraint of place or time.
The approach is completely dematerialised, the platform is digital, individual and collective coachings are carried out via Zoom. So it’s quite possible to do it abroad. The platform being bilingual, it is possible to make the journey in English.

LES COACHS
The coaching is linked to our AKEEN® GOLD and PLATINUM formulas. You can register with your CPF or send us an email at contact@akeen.fr to ask us for a specific coaching.
We’ve created an AKEEN® community of certified expert coaches. Our coaches are all experienced with the minimum of 15 years of experience in companies. We know them all individually, have trained them to the AKEEN® method and we meet them regulary. We have chosen to pay them at the fair value they bring to our customers and therefore at a higher rate than the market.
When you have registered, we will send you a mini bio of our coaches, you can choose 2 on this basis. You can call them and choose the one that suits you best.
Each coaching session starts with the objective of the session and ends with a debrief of the session. The AKEEN® approach is structured according to the number of hours and coaching sessions following the program presented on “Mon compte formation”.
The advantage of combining human intelligence and the platform makes it possible to involve our coaches in activities with a high added value to enhance the exercises carried out on the platform.
TRAINING WORKSHOPS
The objectives of these workshops are to practice on the basis of the AKEEN® trainings and to enrich your AKEEN® journey and your individual coaching. They enable you to train on professional mobility topics such as the pitch, the resume, networks… You will maximize your chances of getting the job of your dreams!
We set the maximum to 15 people, we want to keep small groups to foster authentic exchanges.
Each workshop structured with a support and a precise schedule following the theme. The aim is to give basic information on the theme then leave a large part to simulation exercises, exchanges, debates…
