A for Accompany and Keen for Enthusiasm. AkeeN has given meaning to my professional life.

The past 20 years of auditing and consulting Financial Departments have allowed me to develop my listening, flexibility and commitment skills. Every 6 months, a new project, a new team, a new client, all that was needed to never get bored. It took a 3-month mission to Geneva away from my family to make me think seriously about my future. So I looked at all options …

Frustrated not to be accompanied by a structured method as in Finance, I decided to get a coaching training and became a sponsor at Avarap association to create a digital, efficient and comprehensive journey to support employees in their professional thinking. Three years later, two books are published by Dunod, including “My professional assessment”, the internal mobility platform is operational and a great success with organizations and employees. It occurred to me to build the external mobility platform to accompany redundancies and alumni associations.

It is a wonderful adventure rich in emotions and especially in beautiful meetings. THANK YOU ALL! “

  •   Keep your motivation by a “gamification” of the journey
  •   Look at yourself objectively and sincerely as in a mirror
  •   Build a motivated and realistic project by going through three phases:
    • make a professional and personal assessment
    • build your professional project by confronting it to the needs of the market thanks to referrers
    • Prepare to sell your project with a motivated pitch
  •   Have access to a hotline by emailing and a chat

The coachee is compelled to:

  •   Follow the steps of the professional mobility path by allowing oneself to be carried without seeking to use the platform and this path for purposes other than professional mobility
  •   In the context of internal mobility, accept the final decision that will be the one of the companies
  •   Keep strictly confidential the information of the journey and, for this purpose, protect them in conditions of protection applicable to their own information and confidential documents;
  •   Not to divulge the Information provided by AkeeN, to any person, company, company or third party in any way whatsoever, neither by transfer of mail, nor by voice ….
  •   Fill in an evaluation form on the platform at the end of the journey.
