Priscilla Chazot Magdelaine

Priscilla spent 20 years of her career auditing and advising the Financial Departments. This experience enabled her to develop her listening, adaptation and commitment skills: every 6 months, a new project, a new team, a new client, everything she needed so that she would never get bored.
During a 3-month mission to Geneva far from her family she realized that she was called by something else! She gave serious thought to her professional future and looked at all the possibilities… Frustrated not to be accompanied with a rigorous method, she decided to take charge of her future, train in coaching, teach at HEC. She became a sponsor of the Avarap and wrote books on topics that were dear to her heart, including “My professional assessment”, precursor of the AKEEN journey.

On this basis, she founded AKEEN in 2015 and developed the AKEEN method integrating a digital, efficient and comprehensive path to support employees, job seekers, entrepreneurs, alumni etc. in their reflections around their professional projects but also to accompany the company departures.

The English/French journey, in 7 steps, guides the reflection on your personality and skills, helps you to define your professional project and to take action through a pitch and an action plan. According to the general agreement, it is intuitive and user-friendly and committed to data privacy.

Zero constraint

The journey, the coaching sessions and the workshops are online. The participant can train and complete the journey on the platform at their own pace, stop it, resume it, everything is saved. Summaries of each step make it possible to keep track of the reflection conducted.
